CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior the scheduled appointment
Clients without package or unpaid appointments and canceled on the day will be charged 20% of the booked appointment
Paid services is non-refundable, packaged services cannot be redeemed (considered used) if cancellation is not made within 24 hours
REFUND POLICY
We do refunds if a client canceled an appointment within the 24 hours prior to the appointment booked
Refund requests must be reasonable.
Refunds are issued within seven to ten days of purchase with a valid receipt and are subject to the discretion of the manager.
NO SHOW POLICY
All no-show appointments are subject to a 50% charge of the full price of the appointment.
Clients should give at least 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment, otherwise a no show fee will be charged.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
All appointments for rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
If the appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours this will be subjected to a cancellation fee
BOOKING/PURCHASING POLICY
We require a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express account numbers will be taken for all appointments.(they won’t be charged- until they get the service)
For THREE (3) or more bookings - one appointment must be payed in full
PACKAGES/BUNDLE PURCHASE POLICY
Item is non-refundable
All codes generated has NO EXPIRATION
Packages can be redeemed by other people (gift)
Packages may be used all at once and shared
