As you step into our spa, the welcoming scent of a delightful aroma will embrace you. We kindly request our clients to take a moment in the waiting area as our technicians prepare to assist with the check-in process before the service.
Our treatment areas are gracefully divided by curtains. Each section is tailored to create a personal haven for your spa experience, ensuring a serene atmosphere.
To preserve a soothing ambiance, we kindly request that clients lower their voices, allowing every guest to bask in the undisturbed serenity.
While we strive for a peaceful ambiance throughout our spa, we want to be transparent about the occasional sound of blow-drying. To minimize any potential noise disturbance, we make every effort to place clients receiving blow-dry services in designated areas .
We recommend using the restroom before your session.
If you're wearing outer layer clothing, kindly remove it before entering the service area; we have a designated area to safely store your belongings.
We provide thorough massages at our spa, and for your comfort, we recommend wearing loose clothing or a tank top during your session. (if you're wearing a shirt you may be asked to remove it)
Rest assured, we prioritize your privacy, and blankets are provided to ensure a discreet and relaxing experience.
When it comes to blow-dry, we keep it simple. Our blow-dry service is designed to add the finishing touch to your spa experience without unnecessary frills. It's basic, yet rejuvenating.
We take pride in maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout our facility. From the reception area to our treatment rooms, rest assured that every corner is sanitized regularly to create a safe and hygienic environment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
At VHead Spa, we recognize that unexpected events may arise, impacting your scheduled appointments. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide us with a minimum notice of 24-48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
